KC Electronic Repairs — Local services in Derby

My mom recently found out all her old girlfriends don’t check emails anymore so we figured we’ll get her a used smart phone and introduce her to text messaging. Got a free used iPhone 5 Plus from a friend, but screen is cracked. Looked up on Apple site and it’s around 130 because we don’t have warranty. Have to submit online repair request, print label, mail, etc... I’m so tired of talking to a screen, that’s why I’m super thrilled to be able to text message and call Brian - a real human being who actually responds (rare, rare)! His website and google profile convinced me that he is good at what he does, and he really is! As opposed to many services listing that usually require customers to call in to inquire about charges, Brian’s website and Google profile clearly states it all. I also love the content about fixing and caring for devices (even though most of them are too technical for me to understand), it’s a comfort to know who and where to turn to when I need help.

Like everyone else mentioned in the review section, I called Brian to set up an appointment, handed him the phone and got it back after playing at the park - glowing, glossy screen ready for my mom’s imagination!

Saul came here first to have his iPhone 8 screen replaced and once Brian finished replacing his screen his phone look brand new. I too had a severely cracked iPhone 7+ screen and was recommended by Saul to go to KC Electronic Repairs to replace my screen. My screen looks fantastic now! He replaced my cracked screen with a brand new screen and noticed that my battery was charging up to 80% and offered to replace my battery with a new iPhone battery as well. Best decision I ever made! I was contemplating getting a new phone due to the cracked screen and the fact that my phone was always dying however after having Brian fix my phone I don't have to worry about buying a new one. Best prices in Fairfield County. I did a lot of research before I found KC Electronics in Derby,CT. Highly recommended and quick service, took 30 minutes, maybe a little less to fix my broken iPhone 6 screen and replace the battery. Brian the owner (and technician) was super nice and friendly. Fair price (especially when he fixes more than one issue on your phone), lowest price in the area. Very happy with the end results, you won’t be dissapointed.
