Liquid Lunch — Restaurant in Derby

I travel the country for work and I stubbled upon this little gem in Derby, CT. A must try spot. I went to Liquid Lunch around noon on Wednesday and had The Carnivore sandwich. This thing was huge. The pulled pork juicy not dry at all, brisket was moist as well with a good smoke flavor, and bacon was the final piece of this meat masterpiece. Also ordered some of the Mac and cheese, it was very good. Balanced seasoning and flavor. Overall just a wonderful place to get some food. I will be returning every time...
