I am sad they didn't have turkey legs this year because I have been hearing about them here and there and I finally go and search for some and I was told they didn't have them this year. There are enough rides for kids and big kids ( adults) it wasn't crowded and I'm so glad there was covered seating from the heat.

Had a great time at the 4th of July event hosted by the city. Was a family friendly event with plenty to do and a great fireworks show to close out the day! Look forward to more of these events.

These were some of the nastiest most beat up rides, but all of the staff was extremely nice. There weren't but maybe 7 rides which made the wait in line long terribly long. Music entertainment was nice, decent selection of foods, and a lot of indoor vendors. Overall for a festival in Deridder it wasn't too bad. Needed more lighting for safety at night and more police presence throughout the grounds not just sitting...
