Was referred by a friend for my first waxing experience.

There's no way for it to not be at least a little awkward (I mean, jeez, I didn't even take her out to dinner first) but Cera immediately made me feel comfortable and relaxed.

Full disclosure - I have nothing to compare my experience to, but this was so easy and (mostly) painless, and I felt at ease the entire time. Cera also took the time to explain the process as she went, and very thoroughly explained waxing aftercare to make sure I keep my body healthy and safe.
