If I could give them zero I would. I went in to order a box special with cheese bread and the pizza the cashier seemed new as she said she wasn't sure what to use on the register. Instead of ASKING somebody for help, she proceeds to repeat my exact order, THEN put in a completely different order. When I get the wrong order I tell them that is not what I ordered, and the cashier says, well that's what I thought you said. I'm thinking in my head that she must think differently than she speaks, because she repeated exactly what I told her. They then give me the correct order, except it sticks to the box when they show me... There goes another pizza. Last try they FINALLY get the correct order. Took over an hour from the time I entered. They also said they would refund me the full amount then had me pay again..except they never refunded me the full amount. Only for one pizza... And when I came back in to tell them this they said my bank is wrong and they refunded me the full amount. I'm calling BULL on that. Because it was on my statement and online with no pending charges...They apologized and called their manager and tell me I will have a free pizza of the same type when I come the next time. When I came in today, the employee says they can't find my ticket after I wrote down my contact information. They proceed to tell me they will call me.... Again. Except this time maybe I'll get a call? It's been over a week since they said they would call the first time and nothing. All I've gotten is terrible service and horrible management.. I gave my contact information for a THIRD TIME. If nothing happens this weekend. I will speak directly to their manager... If they let me.. It's all Spanish between employees so you can't understand what they're saying. Or minimally in my case. Seriously. All this over one pizza... They need to fix this or I'm reporting...
Read moreYesterday (02/25/2022) I request a delivery. First and foremost, the driver was late and didn't keep the food contained in a hot/cold container, leaving the food cool. They had also forgotten my 2-Liter Mtw Dew. When I tried explaining to the driver (who couldn't speak English) they refused to go back to the store to pick up the beverage.
I called the store and was told that I needed to call Doordash to file a complaint.(I will add that whoever was on the phone was absolutely rude and wanting to shift blame quickly without a simple resolution) So I called Doordash (which on the flip side, were very polite and willing to help) and informed me that I needed to call Little Ceasers Customer Service in order to make the refund request because I made the order through LC not DD.
Sadly I didn't get a Little Cesar's Customer Service Rep to pick up, nor did they call me back that evening.
So the next day (02/26/2022) I called the Little Ceasars store to explain the situation, which they kept cutting me off and saying that Doordash is lying and didn't have my info so they could refund me. I requested the number to call after having to telling the manager to stop cutting me off and let me finish my complaint.
I finally got a rep to pick up my call and put in the refund request (funny because that store manager said that Little Ceasars wouldn't have my order info). Sadly I was informed that I may not get the full refund and that it may take up to 7-10 days just to get it. This has been an extremely disappointing experience for a company I enjoy. I may try again but I'm avoiding the University Store in Des Moines, frankly...
Read moreCame for my online order to which the cashier tells me someone else took it. I asked if they could remake it or refund me it and he refuse to do any of those. He tells me to call the customer Service line by googling it which I did. The line is closed to which states to contact my local little ceasers store. I ask another worker for the manager to which that cheeky cashier lets us know he’s the one in charge. Other staff brings out my order which had just been sitting in the back. Little supervisor or whatever cashier dude was completely horrible at his job. Tried to argue like we were at fault and didn’t try to fix the situation at all even though he was at fault. I’ve never had a problem with this store since it’s always been another regular staff taking my orders but they let this cheeky twink think he can...
