There are three stray dogs that run around and like to cause a commotion at night all night, I can't take my dogs out without them trying to do whatever to my dogs. They keep tearing up trash bags before I can get to the dumpster that is all the way on the other end of the park (they should have them spread through the park at least like all the other places I've been.) Also I'm not sure who's supposed to put up the fences for the places, I have a partial fense that needs to be finished. I can't do it myself due to lack of supplies and when I move, if I have to put up my own fense, I'm taking it with me when I leave. I'm not being paid to put up a fense for a property and leaving it unless I'm paid to do it by the owner. Also if it's half put up and was planned to be there by the owner, why is it not finished? My front area reeks of pee due to the water from everyone hosing off there carport areas from where their pets used the restroom and it drains into my yard and I can't get rid of the amonia smell. Also they don't have a restroom for people to use so hope your bathroom works and don't get backed up. I've only had it happen once so far but being bathroomless was not fun for the time being. Anyways my main issue is the water drainage from everyone and the stray dogs. If me or my pets get attacked, I will send the bill to the owner and take them to court for the bill and damage charges. These dogs have bit a child, they chase people around, tries to do idk what to my dogs but I have to chase them off, rubbage through garbage and bark all night getting the whole trailer park dogs going. They are not leashed and I've been told the owners just left them behind when they moved. To stop problems all dogs must be on leashes or behind fenses, just like if you took them anywhere else. This is poorly ran with the problems that should be fixed over putting up a new park behind this old one. Yall can't even take care of this one, what the hell are y'all thinking of putting up another one, without permits and actual contractors. This whole place is a disaster and for the price they are robbing us and nothing we can do besides complain and then possibly get kicked out. If they updated this park, the one with people living in it, before making a new one, they would have less problems and believe it or not, some of the bills would probably be smaller because the old equipment doesn't have to work so hard to send signals where it needs to. Coroded, rusty, burnt wires should be replaced in all the boxes. Thus preventing a fire that can spark from a shortage or something. Idk when this park was inspected but in my opinion, things need to be changed and updated and the strays need to go. The last trailer park I lived in had some of the same issues and I've watched what I just wrote about happen. They ended up shutting the park down before things got worse. Also the price to live here, I'm sorry, is not worth what they ask. If it was kept up to date and cleaner yes but it's not. Only reason people don't complain much is them being afraid they won't have a place to live if they make these suggestions. I've talked to a few people and they all say the same thing. One more thing about the garbage as well. The bins are always full so no one can throw anything away and we can't put it on the ground by the bins, we get told to clean it up, even the garbage that's not ours. The owner knows the bins fill up fast so why doesn't he compensate by adding in maybe 2 more and then spreading them throughout the park. This place just needs a better manager or owner or someone that knows what they are doing. This is becoming a living hazard. I hope that new park is for all of us to be moved over there so they can fix this old mess. This is just crazy how much they are getting away with these conditions. I feel the manager should be someone who lives in the park that way they know how to manage it and know what problems need to be fixed. They can go home to a house in better conditions then this but us people living here, this is our place...
Read moreMy stay at Paradise was wonderful! (For the more detailed version please see the review I posted on Yelp.) I stayed in a tiny home (the boxabl Casita model). I am 65 and semi-retired and I'm considering buying a tiny home to live in permanently. So I stayed for 4 days to really see what it would be like to take up residence there. I HAD A BLAST! While there: I was playing ping pong in the clubhouse, sun bathing and swimming at the big pool, walking in the desert, watching the sunset at a fire pit with the stunning mountains and desert all around me, hanging out in the boxabl tiny home, (and it didn't feel too small of a space which surprised me) and enjoying the company of other visitors. Jonathan, the park manager, made the whole experience positive. He was courteous, timely, helpful and skilled! For example, something complicated went wrong with my air conditioner and Jonathan and his colleague Josh got right on it! And fixed it. Jonathan gave me a tour of the park and helped me learn about tiny home living such as costs, regulations, pros and cons, etc. Bottom line: The desert, mountains, the park itself and a good customer service gave me the break I needed from the progressively stressful Bay Area. I would...
Read moreThis place is terrible. The amenities are not available. No pool, management said 1 week. Then a month. Still no pool . Play area is locked up. The bbq is not usable. You book online and pay for 30 days. We had a family member pass away and they didn't reimburse the few days left. Lady insisted because it was summer rate .nowhere does it states you have to pay for days not used . Or early cancelation agreement. When you call the number for assistance it takes over 24 hours to call back. The lock still wasn't removed from play area. The customer service is horrible. The lady over talks and interrupts . They send you a text message vs calling. Very unprofessional. Much rather pay the 850 and go to Sam's family space. Cheaper ,the atmosphere is tranquil and there pools are available. Tried this place and we...
