Please make sure you check your stove your oven and Broiler before it leaves there store.check ice maker also. He was very rude and dismissive to me basically saying I'm lying about smelling gas coming from the inside of a stove Broiler that's not on. I'm very disappointed. I just want everything to function on my stove and my refrigerator my ice maker. Please do not lie on me and say I was screaming and yelling at you because I did not. Why would I have to inconvenience myself and come to your store to check my stove if it's fixed just bring me my stove. I purchased my stove and refrigerator July 3rd this is August 14th now. And you gave me a receipt saying that it was June 3rd and a lot of other people also.now Mark you're saying that you're not going to give me the stove that I purchased and you're not going to fix my ice maker when I have a 90 day warranty telling me other appliance stores will give me the runaround until my warranty runs out. I am so disappointed you are not a good person you showed Who You Are. Just because I didn't accept you telling me anything. You lied and said that you would give me a brand new stove and then you just act like you never said that .You are a liar and a con man. I spent $1,500 with you and this is how you treat me all because I want a working stove and ice maker in my refrigerator. No good will come to you doing good people wrong. Mark and Budget Appliance (and Repair) are a Godsend. Being a single mom, I need to catch a break wherever I can. But I still need quality. Mark and his staff have been phenomenal.

First off, they provide timely and affordable appliance repair. I started off with a repair of an already used dryer (from another appliance store) that wasn’t heating. I had already had it several years and the repair that Budget Appliance did, gave me over an additional 18 months.

So of course I only thought of Budget when the motor went out. It was best to replace rather than do another repair so I purchased a wonderful Kenmoore gas dryer for $200. Considering gas dryers run a minimum $500 & this was gently used in my opinion, I feel the quality and performance of the dryer was well worth the price. And his delivery guys for just another $20 hooked it up. Now many/most times, people tell you that they don’t take care of hook up for liability reasons, even with brand new purchases. So this was so helpful to me. Oh & Kenya the delivery guy after noticing the connector to gas line that I was using was unfortunately cracked, even went to get a new one and came back to hook the dryer up.

I can’t say enough good things about my experience. I highly recommend Budget Appliance & Repair for all of your appliance & repair needs. They’re my “go to” for appliances going forward. Incredible service, not just up to the sale either. The incredible prices and selection are amazing, but he doesn't stop caring about his customers when the sale is final. I've had a couple issues with the dryer and refrigerator I purchased, PLEASE NOTE: the first two issues were caused entirely by my actions, and had nothing to do with the quality of the appliance, AND he fixed them with no questions asked. Just this past weekend my dryer's motor went out, no cause was explored, so it very well could be from the first issue when I installed the vent wrong, and allowed water into to back of the dryer. My warranty expired not too long ago, but he sent his repair guy out anyway. When his repair guy arrived he said the repair cost would be close to the original price of the dryer. When I spoke to owner he instantly said it would be replaced at no cost! This owner will go out of his way to make sure you are taken care of, and everything is great with whatever you purchase. He made a lifetime customer when he fixed my mistakes, but he made a walking advertisement out of me today, as I will tell everyone looking for an appliance or mattress that this is the place to go.
