Checkers — Restaurant in Detroit

I have never posted a bad review on a place regardless of how bad it was because I have worked in several fast food restaurants and environments and completely understand that sometimes mistakes happen. Honestly I understand that everyone has days where they are not feeling well and may not be taking their job serious, and I honestly get that. But, I don’t understand why my issue is reoccurring. Seeing as though I have not been to this location in 7+ years...the two times within a week I decide to order from here my order was wrong BOTH times. One day, I went here and order two classic chicken combos. One bbq and the other hot. The bbq was a 10 piece and the hot was 5 pieces. When I arrived home and checked my bag they gave me two 5 piece bbq chicken combos. On top of them making my order wrong, my chicken looked raw and was barely covered with sauce. A few days later, I used DoorDash to order the 5 piece MEDIUM classic hot chicken combo with a strawberry Fanta. I was unaware that this was the same location but when I order came it was COMPLETELY WRONG. In my bag was a plain cheese burger, a small fry and a small sprite. You all need to fix these issues. I just left this location I paid for a large iced Kool aid and a few burgers. The service was okay but they didn't give me the right sized cup. I noticed the manager walk in front of my vehicle and grab something from the garbage area inside of the parking lot and walk right back inside. After another car pulled off I saw the same lady doing the fries with no gloves on. I was shocked because after I asked was I given the right sized cup. She sternly told me that it was correct (I've been going to checkers for years and I've always had a clear cup for the slushes) but I was at work and had to go so I didnt say anything else. It some BS that they touch your food and drinks with no gloves on. Then I watched the other woman make the drinks grab all the lids with her hand and one spilled so she just wiped it on her shirt and keep moving. It's too unprofessional for me and seemed dirty. I will not be back to this location. I just couldn't believe they were not...

Wow. These were the WORST BURGERS I'VE EXPERIENCED IN YEARS. A COLD SLOPPY MESS. The fries were piping hot. The baconzilla seemed like it was yesterday's meat. Salty and cold. The young lady at the window was great however the food was not. Keep going. Not worth the cost. My dinner was fries and coke. .....................UPDATE 10/03/2022......DO NOT GO HERE!!!! SUPER YUCK 🤮. MY MEAT WAS FLAT OUT COLD!!!!
