Cathedral Conference Center — Local services in Detroit

This is one of the Cathedral Conference Centers for the Church Of God In Christ (C. O G. I .C ) the other is on the west side.. This one is under Bishop P. A. Brookes.... It was 4 floors, a Kitchen, and Hall space ( if you want to rent it out ) ... Get there early because they don't have a lot of parking if it's a "BIG" church event... You have to find parking on the street, because only people that hold office can park in the lot next to the church.... Inside the church are big screen T. V.s in case you are in the back and can't see ( but you probably can ). It has that old school church...

At 77 years old the memories are faint, but I believe this lovely place is prominent among my first religious experiences. If I am correct, it was once known as St. Marks, and at no more than 3, I was carried in and handed to the minister who surprised me by putting cold water on my little head...

This venue can hold a lot of different functions all at one time I went here for a home going of a very very loving first lady mother Beverly she was a mother to everyone and the staff at this facility was very warm and caring they made everything run smooth I enjoyed...
