I regularly donate my items to this thrift store and always shop here as well, they have good items for good prices, %99 of the workers are friendly and helpful but for some reason there is one Hispanic lady that works behind the counter checking customers out that always seems to have a very negative attitude towards allot of customers I was confronted with her disrespectful attitude today in the past it’s been friends and family members that have had the displeasure of dealing with her, she was very pushy and rude to me in front of my two children, I don’t know why there is a need to be disrespectful to customers when all I am doing is spending money in their store. Read moreHaving recently moved to the area and am in the process greatly downsizing to become more travel ready, I have ALOT of stuff to donate... like, the equivalent of a three bedroom house with really nice relatively new things. However, I have made several attempts to try and contact this location on different days/times with no one answering the phone. Further, their business hours are incorrect on Google (which happens, no fault of their own) but when you drive to the location it lists three different business hours for Saturday, yet none of them apparently are correct as I have attampted them all. The last time I had boxed up nicely a beautiful Christmas tree with all working lights to downsize my tree and hopefully let someone else enjoy the beautiful tree. I told the workers sitting in the back, chatting and smoking, and carried the box from the back of the truck and set it on a large table. As soon as I walked away, one of the men picked up the box and threw it out on the pavement and all they heard was lights crunching together inside.
