The dryer we purchased broke after 2 or 3 loads. The owner said he we be out at 9am the next day and did not show up. I called again and he said he forgot and again said he would be back at 9am. He did not show up until 4pm. Did not complete the repair and said he would be back between 8-9am. Again he was not back until 4pm. This time be made the problem worse as the dryer would no longer power on. On day 5 of not having a working dryer he replaced it with a cheaper dryer that had fewer features (no reimbursement for the price difference was offered). After I installed it because he didn't I went to dry a load. The door of the new dryer didn't close anymore. I put boxes in front of the door in hopes of having some clean and dry clothes. The clothes were just as wet when I put them in. When he comes back he accused us of breaking the dryer, said he would fix the door but needed something from his truck and left. At this point I requested he just take the dryer and return my old one (which worked just not well) and give me a refund because I was tired of dealing with the lemons he sells. He refused.

He sold us a refrigerator that does not work. He came out to try to fix it a few times. It was not cooling right. The compressor would run and run and then shut off. The refrigerator was running in the 50s. The ice maker didn’t work. So he took all the ice out and said see it turns. He said it wasn’t setting in there right. He didn’t realize my husband knew some things about refrigeration. Well when the ice was in the dispenser, it wouldn’t turn. It was stripped. I would call him and text him to come out and he would ignore me. He would say he was coming Out to look at it and then pick it up and he never would do it. I called and messaged him over and over. He never gave all my money back and said when he picked it up that he would give me the rest what he owed. Then my son finally called and he said he would come out and get it but he would have to look to see if he owed me money. If only i could give negative stars. Went in to see what used stoves they had avaliable since Lowes is basically out of stock. First off there price range was $350-$500 for used stoves that should be $50 to $150 max. Secondly as i was walking out the building some girl that worked there came running out the store and yelling at me accusing me of stealing something for them!! What the heck is that! I was wearing literally shorts, a t-shirt and flip flops. All they have in there is used furniture and appliances. Did she think i stuffed a used dresser in my shorts LOL. Total garbage store with garbage products and extremely rude and dillusulional owners/workers. Stay away from this place at all cost. No wonder they've got SO many...
