3/5 Stars ​Good Drinks, Hardworking Staff, Classic ND Bar Vibe ​Neighbors Bar is a solid local spot with a lot going on. They offer decent drinks and have a great setup for entertainment, including a pool table, a blackjack table, and an indoor golf simulator. They also have "Pulltabs," which is a popular, local North Dakota gambling game similar to scratch-off tickets but much more stupid and rigged. ​What the bar might lack in certain areas (the popcorn is honestly pretty stale), it more than makes up for with the exceptional staff. The bartenders and servers are nonstop hustlers and work incredibly hard to keep everyone served quickly and efficiently. ​It's a definite "come as you are" kind of place, full of the genuine local flavor of Dickinson. I do actually really like this place but there is one bartender there that has a terrible attitude and really treats customers poorly. Many people I know have said the same thing and she's kicked out plenty of people for absolutely no.reason when she starts a confrontation with them. Her attitude from the minute we got there was terrible and our entire group agreed. Good people, always lively. As far as Dickinson bars, this one is top 3. The golf simulators are a decent price, slightly high but not uncalled for. They are an awesome option for us during the cold months when course golf isn't an option. They could use calibrating a bit more often, but overall have been well taken care of and are good use of the space they have. Drinks are good and...
