I wanna take the time to leave this review as a thank you to the hard work and amazing customer service we continue to recieve. Mia (the manager that works both morning and night shifts from what I hear due to staff shortage) has always brought a smile to the counter and and took the extra time to make sure our Pizza is AS WE ORDERED. Prev managment would allow our pizza (always half and half as I share half with my wife) to be cut is the most outrageous ways, (0 clue how anyone could screw up cutting a pizza that bad let alone just messing up the order and ingredients entirely. Mia's employees are the best. They are accurate and always working and cleaning. I have yet to see any employees on her shifts standing around. I have to applaud Mia on keeping such a tight crew and caring about the store she works for and keeping it running smoothly while showing respect and displaying excellent customer service. I wish I could leave negative stars. I ordered 2 pizzas and a 2 liter to be delivered. I watched the tracker and got repeated updates showing the order was out of the oven, driver was in route and even saying the driver was arriving. However, the owner called and said I could either cancel the order or come pick it up myself. I’d already paid the delivery fee as well as a trip for the driver. Two times ordering from here first time order was 30 minutes late from what the website said and it showed up cold then today we used the credit they gave us and we waited an hour and 30 minutes for our order which I understand they did tell us they were busy but waiting for that long and receiving a pizza with no sauce and looked like it was thrown together.
