The pharmacy is appalling. I always receive SMS alerts on my phone to tell me when my medication is ready. In February, they abruptly stopped so I signed up yet again for these alerts. In March, I didn't receive a notification for a SECOND TIME. l call the office just for the pharmacist to essentially tell me "we forgot to fill the medication because we were super swamped." I was thrilled to know that my anticonvulsant medication depends on their schedule. In their defense, I should have switched to Rite Aid right then and there.
Fast forward to April, no text, yet again. I drive over to be told it isn't ready. When I inquired why, the geriatric pharmacy cashier jumped down my throat and sputtered that "IT ISN'T HER FAULT THAT THE MANAGER QUIT." I guess citizens don't receive vital medication then because a manager quit? Her tone was grossly unprofessional and aggressive. To put the cherry on top, another incompetent pharmacist tried to tell me that my prescription was set to be due on the 22nd in lieu of today. When I pointed out the date of my last pick up, she quietly filled the prescription as if this state of utter chaos is business as usual. I guess I can confirm that it is.
Please skip the abuse, the line that wraps around the entirety of their medication section due to incompetence and the overall gross negligence by going to Rite...

She was “ going to close early , Do you wanna be there till 10 o’clock , short on workers bla bla bla.. Volvo the only thing she made clear was how much she didn’t wanna be there and how inconvenienced she was by the entire experience….. None of this is your customers problem I needed help getting something off of a shelf that was locked … your manager huffed and puffed while following me to the shelf…then I need help at the self check out, that seemed like a big problem. Finally, I wanted to use a coupon, that wouldn’t work- I felt so put off from her that I didn’t even ask her to come over and help me a third time. So I lost the three dollar coupon I had put into the slot that the computer never applied….And by far!!!! this is not the first interaction I’ve had with this woman. Her whole attitude is not In line with customer service, accommodating people or being of help in anyway… Quite...
Read moreCustomer service, are you kidding me? First of all the drive-thru signs contradict each other so you are supposed to know which ones they mean. If you get it wrong, they whisper to you that you need to get in other lane, then when you do they make super-loud announcement that you got in that lane incorrectly, needed to go around building though you didn't get that from the whisper voice. In then speaking with the manager, ASHLEY THE PHARMACY MANAGER PROUDLY MAKES YOU AWARE OF HOW IN CHARGE AND RIGHTEOUS SHE IS , and asks if I still want to be waited on or just leave!! I kid you not, that is how you are treated. Then after calling to see if the scripts are ready and the price, they tell you they are out of stock!! Will let my insurance know how wrong they are to recommend CVS pharmacies, they are all demeaning, rude and completely disrespectful, especially when the people who are there are likely in rather important need of the medication. Very, very sad that they feel fine, even indignant in treating...
