My daughter and I went to this Marshalls, bought most of our Christmas present there. My daughter bought an expensive cologne for her dad. The box had an alarm, the cashier took it off and we didn't bather to check it, we went home and she wrapped the gift. On Christmas day to our surprise the bottle was empty ☹️, unfortunately we did not keep the receipt. The store manager would not give us a store credit and said how strange that this is empty.. I did see other gift boxes missing the colognes or creams and they where Versace, they did not have an alarm on the box you would think they would. I was very disappointed that this happened, apparently the store security is not good when you have people stealing under your nosies. I felt bad for my daughter she has a part time job and works very hard and was excited to give her dad his favorite cologne. On Thursday, May 9th, I was at your store located at 11865 26th Street, Miami, FL 33175, and an employee, an older person, provided unsatisfactory service. She practically made me do her tasks, telling me that I couldn't try on the clothes unless I passed the hangers and that I also had to tidy up and organize the clothes. In summary, I didn't like it, not because I didn't want to help, but because of the attitude with which she said it, which affected my shopping experience. Additionally, when I expressed that I was going to buy the jeans, she insisted that I had to take them with the hanger, to which I refused, saying that I was on vacation and didn't need a hanger. The attitude of this advisor caused me a lot of discomfort and frustration. I would appreciate it if you paid more attention to what she says because she spoke Spanish with me.
