Wretched Experience and one I hope to never go through again. I hope this warns anyone hoping to make any Purchase with Waymill, Horrible customer service. No respect for their clients what so ever. Ordered a Steamer, did not operate to correct pressure. Called 16 times before getting an answer then the support person was rude and angrily hung up on me. Called again to set up the return the steamer and was convince into exchanging the steamer for another to alleviate any issues. send out the old steamer and receive new steamer, the new steamer still operated under 55psi then took forever to regain pressure after a single use. called again and received no answer on the phones that day, so I had to email and write them on their website, no answer, Amazon, no answer, then finally their eBay to which I was finally called back to set up a return after they could not correct the pressure from the steamer. NOW we are being charged a 15% restocking fee for both steamers. HORRIBLE! BEWARE WAYMILL. do not buy from them, their amazon, or their ebay if you want to have a good...

They sold one of the items from my order, and didn't have other to replace it they said "we are waiting for a new shipment from our suppliers, we'll call you and send it to you when it arrives" ok no problem!!. It's been 4 months and nothing. everytime I called they excused saying there was some sort o delay. last few times I called they don't even pick up the phone. not professional at all, if u ask me.
