I am honestly very concerned about the people who send packages with your company. I truly don’t understand how it’s possible that I’ve called repeatedly, only to receive the same response that they don’t know anything about the situation.
I sent a package to Peru, to Mariela Pototsky HUA9913200222, and I’ve spoken numerous times with your agents—some of them polite, others more disrespectful and unpleasant in their service.
I would like to understand WHY my package to Peru is still stuck in customs, especially since I already paid the shipping fee. How is it possible that you have no information about the status of packages during the shipping process?
I don’t understand and I cannot comprehend how such irresponsibility can exist, and please, don’t tell me that it’s a customs issue because, as a shipping company, you should know what’s happening with the package. Why has it been stuck in one location for over 3 weeks?

You can’t offer a service and promise delivery within a maximum of 3 weeks, and then take almost a month and a half. On top of that, they charged extra because customs added a fee — something that should’ve been included in the initial payment, not something they call to charge customers for after.
Honestly, I’ve felt no support whatsoever after trusting this company with my shipment.
