Ciao bellissimi — Restaurant in Doral

Super disappointed! My friends and I made reservations at this place for a little Galentine's outing. First off the restaurant/food truck relocated and did not update their address. We found out once we arrived to the original spot and were told by one of the workers they had moved. She was nice enough to provide the new address which was not too far however to our surprise the place did not look anything like we had seen on IG (reason why we picked the place in the first place). We tried to make the best out of it but found ourselves out of wine after the first round! I understand place doesn't sell alcohol but if wine is all you offer you should have enough wine on stock. Then to top everything off there is no bathroom or porta potty on site. We had to cut our night short to find somewhere close by to pee :( food was ok but not worth...

Food was alright and tasty. However, service was not great. The server answered a FaceTime call while taking our order and she did not even excuse herself to answer. Later on, she brought our orders but never checked on us, one of the member of our party was trying to get napkins and she wasn’t really paying attention. We let it slide and found napkins ourselves. Then after finishing the food it took us more than 25 minutes to get the check, because again the server was not paying attention. If I could give this place zero stars I would. The place is very cute, but that’s all it is. They had a young girl around 12 years old taking the order. She disappeared after that, we waited an hour and did not get drinks or appetizers. Afterwards, a waitress passes by and asks us if we are missing anything, when we literally had not gotten a single food item. She tried to find our order and couldn’t, and randomly walked away.
