Bought a kitchen table set from there about a year ago. Unbenounced to us, it had a horrible finish on top that once you got finger prints on it, they were not coming off. I called Rudd to complain. At first they gave me the run around and told me they would have someone come look at it, when their furniture specialist came into town. That never happened. Then they asked me to stop by their store to pick up what was essentially paint thinner to try on the table. Even that didn't work. Today, the table looks awful. Outstanding customer service!! My husband and I have shopped at Rudd's since 1981. About 4 years ago I bought some beautiful Uttermost iron sconces. In a recent move one of the globes was broken. I called the store and Amanda was able to locate my order. She called Uttermost and had the replacement globe mailed to us. Amanda called today to make sure the package had arrived.
