I first bought furnishings from Dennis Lee about five years ago. I found Mr.Lee to be attentive, patient, very comfortable with his inventory and what was available to him, how quick orders would arrive, etc.. I felt like Mr. Lee was more of a partner of sorts in selecting furnishings for my new home than a salesman. He’s very friendly, welcoming and professional. The products he offers are of very high quality. A month or so ago, I developed a need for a power lift chair. I immediately thought of Mr. Lee. I’m a heavyweight man, and Mr. Lee , very discretely and respectfully, helped me identify a chair that would fill my needs, he gave me a substantial discount from MSRP, kept me apprised of the chairs estimated arrival date, and delivered at no additional charge. Dennis Lee furniture, and Dennis Lee himself, are the best. One can find furniture at lower prices and of lower quality. One cannot, however, find better quality, service, knowledge and professionalism at any price than one might find with Dennis Lee Furniture. While the mfgr has not been as cooperative and helpful as they should have been, Dennis Lee had been diligent in ensuring this issue is resolved to my satisfaction . Have known Dennis Lee a long time, and was very excited when Ventress fine furniture closed he relocated his furniture store to Dennis Lee. When you do lifetime special events, like building your dream home, it is apparent I wanted a luxury high end furniture. These name brands represent long lasting beautiful furniture. Finally, at that particular stage when we are building our home for our family, I was pleasantly surprised to meet Randy Medford interior decorator at the furniture store when I stopped in to consider ordering several pieces of furniture that I was considering. Randy was just a blessing and a joy to work with during my decision process. He made my choices very easy, looking at different leathers and couches and recliners. There is no other place where that attention to detail is evident. When my husband visited he felt not pushed or intimidated but actually was part of the process and enjoyed the help in this process. As I left the store, I was exhausted but so relieved to know my problems had been solved, by Randy. Since moving to the Dothan area six years ago, I have been searching for a furniture store that offers high quality merchandise with excellent customer service. When I walked in the door at Dennis Lee Furniture, I immediately knew that I had found the right place. The staff were friendly and knowledgeable of their merchandise, and the showroom was lovely.

I was fortunate to meet Chris Ball on my first visit to the showroom. He patiently helped me to locate two recliners that included the key features that my husband and I desired. He made a visit to our home to review the room layout and provide his opinion on the feasibility of the recliners in our family room. Chris' knowledge of the various furniture lines offered and his excellent interior design skills made the entire shopping experience a pleasure.
