Still new to Kirkland but thought I should give credit where it is due. When I met Mr. Ken he was patient and listened to my questions. Mr. Ken answered my questions attentively and treated me with genuine respect. So far I would recommend them to anyone in need of a jeweler. They offer in house jewelry service which is amazing and all of their prices never seen gouged or jacked up. Feels like they have the best interest for their customers. Had an appraisal done on an engagement ring that was bought offline. Dropped the ring off, went and had lunch with my fiancé, and received a text an hour later as we were leaving lunch that the appraisal was done and the ring was ready for pickup.
