Green Koi is the best dispensary around! Most of the other dispensaries I've been to were extremely chaotic, with people tripping/talking over each other the whole time as you are walking back and forth, trying to squint and see their products hanging on the wall behind the sales counter. This is NOT the case at Green Koi at all! The space is very comfortable and inviting, allowing you to pursue their fine selection of products at your leisure, with a personal budtender to guide you through the whole process and help you with anything you may need. The staff is extremely helpful and knowledgeable, and I never felt I was being rushed through any part of the process. Their products are all laid out in museum-quality display cases, directly in front of you as you walk around. They always have an excellent selection of products to choose from and tons of deals/specials every week, plus getting an automatic 10-15% off if you're a medical card holder. If you want to place an order for pickup, or even delivery, their website is just as well thought-out as their brick and mortar storefront. High quality design with a super easy to use interface. Green Koi's rewards/points program is definitely something you'll want to sign up for also. Absolutely free and gives you more back than any other dispensary I've been to (plus, the points don't expire like they do at most other places). This was my first time at a dispensary ever, and I can say it was definitely one of those experiences I will remember. Immediately as you walk in there are two ladies behind a desk in which they ask for your ID (as every dispensary would do). They were very friendly and were enthusiastic about me being there.

I entered the door and noticed right away that the dispensary looked very professional and very clean. Everything was on display along with prices associated with the item which was very convenient. A few seconds later a man with an iPad appeared and was asking me if I needed help with anything or needed help with some recommendations. I told him why I was there since I had been having a tight muscle lately and he showed me a couple of different strains that they offer which would allow muscle relaxation. The gentleman seemed very knowledgeable and very nice when presenting himself to me. He took my order with his iPad and proceeded to grab what I needed from the back of the store. Everyone who was working there seemed very knowledgeable and friendly. The workers definitely knew there stuff.

Placed a order for curbside pickup at 3pm. Didnt get any help till 335pm. Got my goods by 345. My car had died because I waited so long for my curbside order(had the radio going). The employee that helped me, told me he would get me jumper cables and jump my car. 15 min later he was nowhere to be found. I started to ask other customers when they pulled in if they had jumper cables. At this point some little twerp, who said he was the manager came out from inside. He told me that I cannot be talking to customers in their parking lot because "they serve people with serious medical conditions". This employee was very disrespectful and had no empathy for a person who just spent a bunch of money at their store and was only in this situation because of their terrible service. Then the twerp of an employee said he would have to call the cops if I keep harrasing his customers. I told him to go ahead and call em(maybe they would help me). After another 10 min a nice man who saw me with my hood popped came to my rescue. No help from green koi. All you get from green koi is over priced weed, long waits for curbside pickup, and a very disrespectful manager. Cant wait till New Standard opens and people will have a chance at a better...
