The new storefront is very nice! It’s a good space and the staff are welcoming and seemed pretty knowledgeable. It’s nice to see a class 3 dealer in the area as there are no other options in this area. The other options for nfa transfters are freedom armory, spar, morr, trop, etc all of which are at least a 30mins-1 hour plus drive to either Glenn rock, Carlisle, elizabethtown, or Lancaster. This will be a great place to go handle sbr and suppressor transfers. They are a silencer shop dealer so can easily have your nfa items ordered through them or shipped to the store from silencer shop.

Only reason I didn’t give 5 stars is because I found their stock to be fairly limited. Perhaps due selling off a lot of their stock prior to very recently moving into this new location. I would’ve liked to see some more high quality rifles and pistols available. From what i saw a lot of the stock appeared to be pre owned so if you want to save some money this would be a great place to shop and get a good deal avoiding paying a premium for a brand new gun. Also worth stopping in often because you never know what’s gonna come in on trade or get sold to them. Firearm wise nothing really stuck out to me but I did see some really nice suppressors in stock. Especially with them selling like crazy with quick approval items it was great to see a good stock in cans.

Another point I would’ve liked to see some bulk ammo deals. Ammo stock seemed very limited. Again probably due to just moving to this new facility I’m sure this will come in time. But something I really enjoy about visiting spar firearms in Carlisle is their bulk ammo. Usually when I go in to browse I almost always walk out with ammo. 1k 9mm, 500-1k 556, 250 12 gauge 7.5’s etc. would love to see Dover tactical offering more bulk Ammo eventually. I’d definitely be taking advantage of the close proximity and would prefer to buy ammo local rather than hunt down ammo deals online trying to find the best...

The owners always take good care of me when I go there. They’re honest! Which is rare! They make sure that I know how to use the guns that I purchase and walk me through everything I need while I’m there & offer for me to come back if I need to! It’s the type of business and customer service that you want to get everywhere but never get. This place is the real deal! They have a great selection of items & Their knowledge of what they carry is fantastic. They are going to start classes soon! I’ll definitely be participating in those. Bought my first hand gun here and the process was a lot less painful than I had anticipated. I called first to ensure that the pistol I was looking for was available and set up a time to come in. Paperwork was thoroughly explained and he gave me a few safety pamphlets for good measures. The price was very good and much less than the other larger, higher overhead gun stores. This will definitely be one of the places I will check out again when it comes time to purchase...
