There are no helpful hardware folks when its close to closing time. Don't assume you can go to Ace Hardware in Dover, OH without employees complaining about helping you 30 minutes before they close. Sorry. I thought you were still open. They close at 7 and I arrived at 6:30 to then be walking out the door at only 6:45. At which time, the disgruntled workers turned off all the lights to discourage someone like me from coming in. Also, pretty sure they meant to say they ARE short people but if it is how they say, you should definitely check your change before you walk out...

I drive an hour to pick up an item. The tag says one price, and the register shows up $30 more. They point to a hand written note saying they won’t honor the prices that are marked on the item. Must be nice to put whatever you want as a price in your computer and not honor what’s on the price tags.
