The Mill — Restaurant in Dover

We have eaten here before and although it was never amazing, it was always decent. This time it was BAD. The tea was so old and stale I couldn't drink it. It wasn't busy, but I had to flag the server down to order another drink. Then it was five to ten more minutes before I got the new drink. The items on the salad bar weren't very good. The kids Mac and cheese was tiny even for a kid. The turkey club sandwich was cold, but the menu said it was a hot sandwich. After our server had brought the other meals to the table, I had to remind the her that I ordered soup. Again it was at least five more minutes before I got the soup. The main reason we went there was because I wanted a salad bar for dinner. I think we would've had a better experience going to Wendy's for a salad...

I haven't eaten in the one in New Philly what a difference I never expected the food to be so different quite honestly it was disgusting the salad bar still had frozen vegetables on it the tomatoes were soft and mushy there was no lettuce only leafy greens and spinach neither of what I eat the soup which since when did they start bringing it out to you was burnt tomato soup should never be Brown the peach tea was horrible there was one waitress not that there was any business but she was taking care of four tables and doing the seating it was just a very disappointing experience compared to the New Philly store we won't be back we will always go to Philly from now on very...

Wait staff was terrible. Waited an hour, asked if our food had been put in yet and waitress laughed and said "of course I put it in". Never refilled our drinks, didn't take plates away from salad bar. One young man was sitting behind the wait area flirting with two other waitress and drinking mountain dew for the hour that we sat there. Another waitress came up to the manager while he was talking to us and said they got slammed and there was a line out the door.
