I am writing this review to refute what Pam Crumrine wrote in hers. Keim delivered the lumber to me. Keim's driver backed into the Crimrine's private drive next to our property because it looked like a public road. It was signed just like the township roads and it even had a dashed white in front of it. Anyone would have thought that it was a public road. I have had other deliveries where the Crumrine's private road has been used to keep deliveries off of the busy state road in front of our house. There were no outbursts from the Crumrines over them, so i thought that our previous understanding with them was in effect this time too. Pam's elderly father drove down and yelled at the Keim driver. I did not hear the driver tell the elderly man to "go to hell." The father was yelling and demanding that we get off his daughter's property. I am the one who used bad language in response; not the Keim driver. The Keim driver moved his truck and completed the delivery while parked on the busy state road without arguing with the Crumrines. The Keim driver did a wonderful job delivering the lumber to our property. He went above and beyond to place the lumber so that I did not have to break down the pallets and move the lumber piece by piece. The use of Crumrine's private road to avoid having to block one lane of traffic and off load into the other lane would have been a neighborly gesture to me and a safer situation for the Keim driver. It would not have hurt the Crumrine property at all. I would not hesitate to use Keim again. ALL of their people are first rate,...

DO NOT ALLOW delivery from this company!!! On April 29th a delivery driver from Keim showed up at my house and rang doorbell. When I answered door no one was there, so I walk outside to find their truck in my driveway. No driver, I started yelling hello and find the driver coming from the backside of my house. I was startled because I didn't order anything. I asked the driver what he was doing because he had the wrong house. The driver rattled off the customers name and address. I proceeded to tell him again he had wrong house and gave directions to proper house. I walk back into my house to find that Driver standing in my basement!! I started screaming and driver said he had to get the molding he had already put in my house. So this driver was in my house uninvited not once but twice! When I spoke to him outside he didn't say he had already put anything into my house! The driver finally leaves and the company was contacted about the situation. 6 days later I am finally left a voicemail by Bruce from Keim to tell me it was a mistake and driver was not at fault. I then proceed to return the call the Bruce to make him understand the severity of the situation, where he proceeds to tell me he got a different story from the driver and basically they don't really find this to be a big deal. This place blew my mind!! The facility is like nothing I’ve ever seen before. In my 30 years of contracting experience, this facility checked all of the boxes for the craftsman/consumer that is seeking quality at a very affordable price point. Are they the cheapest, no. BUT, they are highly competitive in their pricing and the quality of product is second to none. As a contractor, I would much rather visit and patronize a company that is fairly priced and offers the quality of product that Im looking for, and need. A HUGE inventory of everything and anything you could possibly ask for. I was thoroughly impressed, and that’s not something that happens easily. The staff is amazingly friendly and helpful, and the trip to get there was absolutely breathtaking! For those that have left negative reviews, take a look at the source. Most of their reviews are negative, and in the “English World”, we refer to them as, “Karens.” This place is amazing! If you’re looking for quality product, tooling, craftsmanship, etc., this is a place you MUST visit!
