Charm Pizza Co. — Restaurant in Dover

Has gone way down hill since new location and horrible building design. Waited in long line with no room. Placed and then prepaid for my pizza. She said come back in 15 min.

Come back in 15 minutes and long line in the place order line. That is what sign says, so since I already pd and it's know been 20 minutes by this time I walked over to where another girl was handing out ice cream, assuming this would be pick up area.but no sign here. No nothing!!! Waiting here for several minutes I finally interrupted the girl and asked where do I get my pizza, or if I can't i want my money back.. she tells me to wait in line..

No I tell her loudly, I either get my pizza or my money back.. she started to open register and then the girl from the other long line come over and said to the girl that I already paid for it, simply give it to him. I obviously did since I asked for my money back. By now my pizza has been in box for 25 minutes so I simply threw it away.

After standing there and noticed that all the people in line and young children were all around the open buffet pizzas that had been there over 90 minutes, it's not safe for families to eat at this place. I'm sending my videos to the health department in Holmes County Ohio.. it's horrible and unsanitary conditions with zero management or...

This is such a lovely place to get some pizza. The whole attitude of this place is reflective of the location's name and town it resides in, full of charm. Love the atmosphere and aesthetics of the place.

The pizza is solid. I am normally a meat, cheese, and veggies guy with pizza. I don't do a lot of specialty type pizzas. So I stay away from BBQ chicken, taco, and BLT type pizzas.

Charm Pizza is the exception. Their jalapeno popper pizza is unbelievably good. With jalapenos, onion crunchies, and big chunks of cream cheese, this pizza has won me over. The honey hot sauce they put on it gives it a little sweetness and balance that just puts this at the top of many pizzas I've had.

The crust has to be mentioned in it's own paragraph. It is so soft and crispy. I could eat the crust by itself with just some garlic dipping sauce.

Their bakery is good. I don't believe they bake their donuts in house, but rather have them delivered from a local bakery. I ordered a cream stick last time I was here and it was so light, fluffy, and fresh. No day old donuts here.

If you have the chance to make the trip to Charm and try this place out, you should. I've been here half a dozen times now and I've never been disappointed.

A great new family oriented place for a great pizza experience in the beautiful small Amish town of Charm Oh on SR 557 in Holmes County Ohio, just off of SR 39 just outside of the town of Berlin Oh. Around the corner from Keim Lumber in Charm... The place opened in the last year of 2 and our visit was in September 2025. What a great place. Very open, clean, friendly with Huge booths that could seat up to 6. Loads of windows so you can watch the Amish Buggies go by. This was our fist time and it was a great experience with delicious Pizza and BBQ wings, but to top it off be sure to grab a small Ice cream cup. We ordered the medium cup and had trouble finishing as they are very generous with the amount of ice cream. This is our new favorite place for pizza on our 2 yearly trips to Amish Country SR 39 in Holmes County Oh. Check out the photos. They do have a few days of the week where they do offer a lunch and dinner buffet. Be sure to check out the containers of take home soft serve ice cream if you feel you want more.
