I cracked the glass and lcd digitizer on my Samsung Galaxy S7, (the screen looked as though is was bleeding blue) so I needed to get it fixed. I had called a couple different places and found that they simply send the phone out. I had thought about fixing the phone myself, but having looked at the videos on repairing it...the S7 requires removing both the front and back to be removed to replace the front glass. So I figured I'd go to someone local who fixes the phone themselves right there. I called Prime Electronics and spoke to Louie. After speaking with Louie it was clear that Louie would be doing the repair himself. So I dropped the S7 off and when I picked it up the phone was like brand new....and the price was right too! Phenomenal service! I would highly recommend Prime Electronics! My iPhone 12 no longer charged and it was repaired in an hour. The owner is super friendly and professional. He thoroughly explained the multiple scenarios that could cause this issue along with what each type of repair may entail while he was troubleshooting the phone. It gave me complete confidence and trust in his ability to fix it. The cost was very reasonable. Then he went above and beyond by putting a screen protector on my phone and recommending power cord with a detachable end unit that would protect the charging port. Lou is very informative,he does the IT @Dracut Hardware,the 2 times I've gone to his shop was to repair my charging port,and then yesterday (11/23)I took my nephew to have Lou look at his charging port also.He's honest,not a BSer either,he was looking at my nephew's port with a microscope,he saw one of the tiny"tangs" was missing ( who knew). Before finding Lou(he's next door to my insurance agent) I took my phone to a repair chain with the initials for CellPhoneRepair,.. didn't fix, got charged, called back,not happy. Call or walk in to see Lou, you won't be sorry,his fees are very fair.One word of warning, watch out for the pole in front...
