Top Donut — Restaurant in Dracut

Hi my names is siearra and this is the second time I have went to this top donut. Over all my fiance introduced me to this Top Donut . I was born in Lowell always went tot he one on Lakeview ave . BUT THIS ..😍😍 WHO EVER RATING THIS TOP DONUT LESS THAN 5 Stars is a KAREN . They have different varieties of donuts , Bagels, muffins , etc . They have an upgraded menu with brunch and OMFG THE SPINACH ROLL .🥰🥰🥰🥰🔥🔥🔥 I have went to HIGH END restaurants and this beats all . My fiance is a huge huge fan is it and he’s picky with his spinach roll. Everytime I walk in it’s a warm feeling , I don’t know if it’s because I make my entrance known but they know to treat me with respect and care to my needs as if it was there’s. I have never been to a TOP DONUT LIKE THIS ONE . HIGHLY RECOMMEND !! Who TF has a RAINBOW COMING OUT OF A DONUT ? THEY DOOO ! GOO GOO GOOO!! YOUR KIDS WILL ALSO ENJOY ! No judgement zone. I come to this location often with my family, and last night (12-5-19) was no different. The lot was empty and the building was practically empty except for the the couple in front of me in line. I had not only watched the employee make the two drinks, but also look at me and not acknowledge me and kept talking to the couple in front of me,chatting away for a solid 10 minutes. And I let it go on because Ive worked in retail I get it. Just move on to the next person as quickly, but thats not what happened. The girl that had made the drinks continued to complain about how they had to sweep and mop and finish all the closing procedures she had to do before leaving and it was only 630pm. I ended up walking out because It wouldve been faster to get a coffee at dunkins, which I did, and it was. Very...

Highly disappointed and won’t be returning. Ordered two coffees and specified how I’d like them. They tasted like sour milk and no sugar (I asked for extra) . The girls were rude from the second we pulled up. I tried ordering a donut for my picky toddler and they didn’t have the kind we requested so I kindly asked what other flavors they had and got an attitude from the girl who didn’t want to tell me through the drive thru what they did have available. I wasn’t going to ask for my coffees to be remade by people who didn’t want to make them to begin with it’s seems. Since new ownership has taken over this location it’s gone down hill. I will never return. A waste of 7$ and my time. I’ll go to my usual Lowell location...
