I arrived for my appointment today after finally working up the courage to do the micro needling procedure. I was greeted by Brittnie at the front desk who informed me I did not have a scheduled appointment. I pulled out my phone and showed her the text they sent me last Thursday advising me I had an appointment on Monday at 9am and if I didn’t show they would charge me $50 no show fee. Brittnie acknowledges the text message but turns to me and says I don’t have you on the schedule in an very condescending tone, I had taken the day off of work for this appointment and this was the second time there was a scheduling conflict, I tried to explain this and Brittnie didn’t seem to care, basically she said let me see if there is anything I can do, I stood there at the desk for 15 minutes and she comes back and says I might be able to fit you in if you want to come back in two hours, I had another appointment it would conflict with so I had to decline. I asked Brittnie to cancel all of my procedures I had prepaid for as well as a gift card my friends had purchased for me. My time is as valuable as their time and obviously they dropped the ball and they didn’t seem to care as if I wasn’t important. Brittnie was not friendly whatsoever and was acting put out to refund my money. Spa Trouve has lost my business and wasted my time. Read moreI got microneedling done for the first time here. And I’m on day 3 and my face is horrifying. I always go to Kaycee to get Botox from here and she does AMAZING. I signed up for the platinum membership because it only made sense when I get Botox every couple of months.
But I can’t say that I recommend esthetics services here. I let my technician know I have pretty sensitive skin and I’ve never done a peel or microneedling. I felt my face swelling during the process. I told her during the service that we don’t have to do the peel during the service if my skin is getting too inflamed. I’m not sure if she wanted the extra money but she did the peel. It was very uncomfortable at first and quite puffy and red. And then it progressively got worse and worse. I am on day 3, 72hours since the service and my face is extremely swollen. I have pockets of fluid around my eyes and I am so embarrassed so go outside. I contacted them two days in a row but haven’t gotten any sort of resolutions.
I spoke with the Esthetics director and she seems very annoyed with me which was disappointing. I wish they handled better and I wish the esthetician would have done a patch test on my arm first.

Kaycee did my dysport and she is incredible! She educated me on everything, did an amazing job and is just the cutest thing ever! Kristen, her assistant was so nice fun and funny. She even gave me a little leg massage while I was getting my injections- I think to take my mind it the needle (it worked like a charm). Yes this place is 1000% in my book! I posted this a year ago👆🏻👆🏻👆🏻👆🏻 Just went again this week and had another amazing experience! I went in for a chemical peel and my esthetician Whitney was awesome!!! She educated me so much about my skin and was so patient and kind with answering all my questions-( I had a lot of them!) I’m definitely going back to her for more chemical peels/skin services. There’s nothing I love more than great costumer service and this location never disappoints!! Emily and Michelle at the front desk are incredible too! So helpful, kind and great!
