I reached out to Big Sky Bounce for an inflatable bounce house for my daughter's birthday. I left them a voicemail and received a response within minutes from Preston, the owner, who was super helpful in getting my reservation secured and very communicative about all the things needed to set it up. He was also super flexible with some small minor detail changes I had.

Hudson arrived nice and early and set up the bounce house and showed me exactly how to operate it. He made sure to let me know that the weather was going to shift a little in the evening and put extra effort into secure the bounce house so there were no issues if wind picked up earlier than expected. The kids being safe and having fun was his top priority. He then came back later in the evening to pick up once the party was all done. The bounce house was a hit for all the kids (especially the birthday girl) and I'm so glad they made it so easy for me to be able to make my daughter's birthday extra special.
