Dollar General — Local services in Dubuque

Register wasn't staffed when we were ready to check out, then a rude old woman finally came to check us out. They have basic electronics/phone accessories next to register - was scolded for trying to grab one stating I was too far behind the register. If I grabbed it at anytime during the prior 5+ minutes, she would've been none the wiser. Also both self check out lanes had flaws (one card only/one cash only).
