Dairy Queen Grill & Chill — Restaurant in Dubuque

We visited today for the first and last time. There wasn't much interaction with the young man at the register,as a matter of fact he took our order and walked away, no receipt,nothing, just gone. The next we saw him was about 5 mins later with our sundaes. Our meal didn't show up for another 15 mins at least. The bacon cheeseburger was missing BACON. The girl that brought it over knew this and treated it like it didn't matter. No bacon was ever brought to me even tho I heard her tell them at the counter that there wasn't any on it. The ice cream was milk by the time we got our food and ate it. It was not a good experience at all and we won't waste our time...

Big mistake! The Key West DQ drive thru employee (and the others I could see through the window) did not have on masks or gloves. The employee took my exact change in bare hand and operated the drawer, turned around inserted spoons in 2 of the orders and handed me 2 blizzards and a cone. I reluctantly took them and while handing me the cone loosely wrapped in a napkin. l asked if he had a mask or gloves and was returned a shrug for an answer. I asked of the owner had trained staff r/t Covid, and was told that he did not know. Got home transferred ice cream in bowls and and tossed cone....

The cashier was extremely unpleasant and it was obivous she didnt want to be there. Also my friend got a blizzard and it waa half empty. She asked them "can i gwt this filled to the top of the cup?" The cashier rolled her eyes and didnt say a word. A girl in the back actually spoke up and said she would remake it and made her a larger size. When the cashier gave her the blizzard she said "it wasnt that big of a deal." My friend thanked the girl in the back and prompty ignored the cashier as we left. Terrible staff. There is a dq up the road, go to that one. This one is terrible id give 0...
