Arrived at 11am with 3 customers in front of me 1 in back n 2 workers. Lady and a gentleman. I been at several over the yrs different states. This one subway was absolutely the worst customer service. I had with the gentleman who couldn't say hi or speak with respect nor act like he at least wanted to be working. Was rude when I would tell him what I wanted thru the line like I was bothering him. I would ask questions n he wouldn't answer, (r you busy today), (could I have oil n vinegar to go) what you want it to go, really as he's Slamming things. I would ask what do people put on that kind of sandwich and would respond I don't know , what ever. I handed him a coupon n he was really upset at me. I asked having a bad day? As he just ignored me. I asked for my receipt and he was not happy. Couldn't buy cookies as nothing was in the case but dirt n dust all over it. By the time I got to my car I was so disgusted by the way he treated me I didn't want to eat my sandwich. This location will never get my service again and I would highly recommend no-one come here until they teach how to treat the customers.    Read moreMy husband came in today (July 15th 2024). He made it known he was in there and was completely ignored. This is NOT the first time this has happened. We live out off of 61 so this Subway is the one he would prefer to go to but ends up always waiting forever for an employee to help. Today he just walked out because he didn't want to wait 30 min like he has done before. Let's also talk about the employee attitudes. Their attitudes are disgusting and they act as if a customer being there is an inconvenience to them. Our experiences with this Subway haven't been any where near even a 1 star for about 2 years. The ONLY reason I have put a 1 star rating is because a 0 star rating isn't optional. I don't know how this Subway is still open. After reading the other comments it's clear we are not the only ones receiving such poor quality service. We use to frequent this Subway quite a bit but the past 2 years we just can't handle the poor quality we receive EVERY TIME.    Read moreI really don't want to give this any stars at all. Both of the young ladies working on Friday, September 29, 2023 at 6 pm we're extremely RUDE. They have no concept of customer service. The only expression on either face was a scowl as if they were being bothered to do their job. I haven't been to Subway in a very long time but my husband and I decided to treat out daughters tonight. I even said that I haven't been to Subway in a very long time. I ordered a chicken, bacon, ranch which they ended up putting peppercorn ranch on it and I said I wanted regular ranch. The one making the sandwich said "we don't have ranch" and the other one said "we haven't had that in 6-8 months". It should be called a chicken, bacon, peppercorn ranch then. Disgusted with our service, my husband did not leave a tip, which he always does. When the girl at the register noticed there was no tip, she started throwing the sandwiches roughly into the bag.
