I've lived here since 2009 and Duluth is going down hill fast! If you want a city thats an HOA you are welcome to live here. Flyers on your mailbox for every little thing. Trash cans out to early?? You might get a fine. Not to mention they take your yearly taxes and do nothing. When's the last time you gave us new power lines? Power just went out and its not even raining! YE BE WARNED!! Can't wait to leave this facade of a town!! These other 5 stars must be boot lickers...

Duluth city council and city leaders are shameful crooks and criminals best known for being taken to prison with the kids on drug trafficking and corruption charges. look up Shirley Lassiter, the former mayor. still in prison. Then look up how anything this place does is a cash grab. Duluth is dirty to the core of its soul and its politicians are even dirtier. the new mayor is already taking bribes.
