This is a great area to walk on in long beach. There are also paved trails to walk. We arrived on a Thursday afternoon and it wasn't crowded at all. But it was extremely dirty! In addition, you can tell that they do not keep up the park. The paved paths were overgrown with weeds. It was disappointing that the city doesn't take more pride in such a beautiful area.

This beach is listed as one of the USA’s top 25 beaches for a reason! It is the world’s longest sandbar, and you can wade out really far. The water is crystal clear, there are bathrooms in the beach house, and there are lifeguards. My family goes to this beach as much as we can in the summer.

I like that they have a lifeguard on duty and that they post the water temperature and the UV rating. They also rate the risk of rip tides. The beach house was very large and inviting. I don't understand why the parking lot isn't closer to the building. I must admit that I am spoiled by Lake Michigan. Lake Superior is not nearly as clear. The beach was full of sticks hidden in the sand. If you stepped wrong, it is very painful. I cannot imagine the lifeguard running to someone's aid with all of those sharp sticks...

This is a great beach house with great potential. First, the beach itself is great and has a beautiful view. The beach house offers snacks and life jackets for young kids. It is a great place to take the family for a beach visit. It is also a nice venue for a wedding as it overlooks Lake Superior. The reason I have it 4 stars is because it doesn't have A/C and in the winter it will get cold. If they were to do some updates this place...

The Beach House is very lovely and certainly an amazing venue for a wedding such as I just attended last weekend. Other events would be equally great in the Beach House. The one big complaint I have is that it was very cold in there when it was such a cold weekend. I and others didn't stay as long as we would like to have because of it. Had it have been heated properly, I would rate this venue...
