The absolute worse experience I've EVER had. Started off my purchasing a brand new Iphone 14 pro max. Not even two days later, my phone stopped making calls. It took 4 HOURS for them to even figure out. Let alone I called 2-3 times and no one could help me because Ben sold me the phone. So I had to wait until he came in that day before receiving help. Now after a month, my phone bill isn't reflecting the trade of my previous phone ($700) which is a lot. Called in again 2 times being told no one there can help me but Ben. It is absolutely ridiculous that no one at that store can help you unless they sold the phone. Pure laziness since they didn't make the money off you they will not help you. I was told the girl, I believe Megan, would call me back 3 hours later did not. She also told me corporate basically wouldn't be able to help me either due to me purchasing it there. After waiting 4 hours with no resolution, I finally called corp and they were able to help me within 15 minutes. This whole process since day one of walking into this store has been nothing but the worst. I would NEVER recommend anyone to go here if you need any kind of help. The store would not sell me a new phone due to not having access to the email on the broken phone to retrieve a verification code. Keep in mind I am the account owner and was in store with photo ID and a credit card matching the name of the business on the account. The employee could not comprehend that I would have not been there if the phone was operable. Surprisingly I inquired if they needed this same code if I wanted to make a payment on a bill, and the answer was no code needed.
