Pizza King — Restaurant in Connellsville

We have ordered from Pizza King many many times over the years. From what I understand it's under new management or owners... anyways... So last evening we ordered (Wednesday December, 27th 2023) We ordered a delivery. A large cheese pizza, a large Pepperoni and mushroom pizza, an Italian Stromboli with an extra sauce on the side, mild wings with Xtra ranch, suicide wings with Xtra ranch, and loaded fries with ranch on the side. (Don't judge we were out of ranch at the house). We ordered for delivery, which was about 30 mins, very quick!! Our total was $75.82 and we gave a $13 cash tip. Unfortunately we didn't get any sauce let alone extra sauce for the Stromboli and no ranch 😕. Sounds simple but we were very disappointed, especially bc we didn't have any here at the house. So I decided to call after talked into going to the neighbors to ask for ranch lol and just call and ask to see how much extra sauce and ranch cost. We wanted to know how much we paid for all the extra sauces that we didn't get. The first guy said nothing and it was free. He then gave the phone to someone else, a manager introduced herself and she was so kind. I was so embarrassed to have even called about extra sauces but I was also embarrassed asking my neighbors for ranch so I rolled with it. Plus this was the second time this happened. Last time it was only 1 ranch/1 Wing order and we had some here so not a big deal. Anyways long story short she said she would have someone bring us some. I said Oh no we already tipped the driver and we don't want anyone running out and told her I had to ask my neighbor already. So she gave us a credit on our account. I won't give all the details but she went ABOVE AND BEYOND!!! WAY above and beyond. I was thinking they would note the account so we get free ranch next time but nope she was amazing. Our food was fantastic other than the ranch/sauce mishap. The customer service was top notch. We will continue to order from Pizza King and they will be sent to the front of the list from here on out. To me customer service means a lot. It's not about the credit, it's about being heard and understood. Anyone from Pizza King can see that we have ordered from them for YEARS AND YEARS and this was the first time I ever called with an issue. Thank you for being a fantastic business in our small area! P.S. Can someone start printing off menus and sending them with the food. We always have to look online. I know prices change a lot but even if it just lists the food you guys offer I'd be happy. Again thank you guys for being amazing and listening to your customers, it means A LOT! Don't judge photos they were from today...day of the review, the day after. The pizza and everything was HOT...

Online ordering beware!!!! On 11-14-20, I started an online order. When I went to authorize my card, their ordering website drained my entire checking account before I could even place mt order. I called , pizza ling never recieved my order, I was promised a call the following day to get my money sorted out. The next day came noone called, I called them and was told that the online ordering is through a third party ans that there is nothing that Pizza King can do, at all!!! So my money is gone becuase of the online servixe Pizza King uses, yet they are not claiming the responsibility. I'm sorrt when they choose to use that website that robbed me of my monwy, I feel as though they should care and do something about the matter, or maybe they should not be using that ordering website service that is screwing over their customers!!! I've been ordering from Pizza King for years, however I am done, the lack of care ans concern for their customers disgusts me !!!! I am sure if this happened to them during covid , near to Christmas , they would not be happy, but no they do not care. So please beware when odering online , i went to togoorder.com and there is no info about them , which is the site they use for people to place their order. I will never pay for my orders online again at any establishment because of this incident. Thanks gor...

So I used to frequent Pizza Kings delivery quite a bit over 2 years ago. After a huge job loss I haven't ate there since. Tonight I gave in and due to a complete kitchen breakdown I had to do take out. We used to love the CHICKEN TENDER dinner plate they had. It was perfect for my 2 boys...4 Strips,Fries & a perfect portion salad on the side. Then for myself,my oldest son and my husband 2 footlongs. ALL OF THAT being just shy of $40. I called tonight,(not realizing until after it was new ownership,)ordered the same stuff and not only being disappointed that they no longer give salad with the tenders meal but just about met my maker when he gave me the total🤯🥴, $53. BEFORE taxes. So 2 tenders meals,NO SALAD,and 2 FOOTLONGS that he boasted where "ON SALE TODAY!"😵 13.99 FOR A SUB THAT WAS ON SALE... The strips had NO TASTE AT ALL. and the sub was mediocre at best. I want to like this place but DAMN....Even the kid answering says "yea,our prices went up!" YA THINK?? 50 BUCKS ....I just can't fathom this.. So momma had to drop her order and enjoy some ever so tasty saltines for...
