I'm 51 years old and been to many subways in my time and have never ever complained about there service the food always great but LET ME GIVE YOU A HEADS UP ON THIS SUBWAY in Walmart. The last time I ordered from there was a complete jaw dropping experience I don't know the girls name but boy I wish I Did so I could warm you all. For one I was waiting for about 10 min while she was sitting on her butt in a chair on her phone ( I was the only one there at the time) when she finally came to all me what I wanted I told her I asked her what she thought was better the wheat bread or white she said she wouldn't know in a snide remark. I take it I ruined her phone time.lol so I finally got what I wanted and when I paid she had the absolute nerve to tell me about a tip. I give her one even though she deserves NONE. So I figured she just had a bad day but no my girl went up there a couple days ago and told me she had a bad experience at the same exact subway but a different lady. All I can say is whoever owns this subway if you want a much more business I would Highly suggest getting rid of that staff up there cause they are Ignorant, Lazy and Hateful. Read moreWell for one, the store is closed for a big portion of the day it seems like anytime that I'm at Walmart and I want to get Subway the restaurant is shuttered or there is literally one person working there and they can barely even keep up with the ingredient prep. They're also seems to be some sort of problem with keeping them up with difficult customers. There was a lady who literally took 50 minutes to order a sandwich. And by the time she finished her sandwich she had the girl remake it as a larger size because she couldn't even remember that she had just ordered a 6 in. Please. Read moreI placed a large online order of subs for a Christmas Eve Party when they opened that morning and turned on online ordering. I checked on the status of my order before getting ready to go pick them up and it said they were being prepared. Upon arriving to the location, it was closed and I looked at my email and noticed my order had been cancelled only 13 minutes prior to the pickup time. I have never had an issue with placing an online order and it being cancelled before but I have been to this location many times when they are not open the scheduled hours they are supposed to be.
