In March of 2014 i purchased a used refrigerator and they told me that they were going to give me a 20 day warranty. I've had good experience with used appliances so I wasn't worried. In July the fridge quit working. It wouldn't cool the fridge part or the freezer part so I called them to send out a technician to repair it which was a 95 dollar service call. The guy put some loud thing on the back of the fridge to defrost it and said the drain pipe was clogged. Well 30 days later the same thing started happening. So I called them and they sent someone out again, this time they didn't charge me and the guy fixed it and said it should be just fine. Well now (Sept 2014) about 3 weeks later the same thing is happening and they want to charge me again. We were in the market for a new washer and dryer. We looked at all the big name stores, waited for sales, and re-looked at the same stores. Finally, we went to J & J and found that they had the exact models at a lower cost - they were beating the big box stores by 50-75$. We had a great time and experience with them.
