Ordered a "sale bag", and picked it up. Once I got into my car I opened the bag to see what I had got. The first shirt had a stain on it so I immediately took it back inside and informed Susie, one of the owners, she informed me that the stain should wash out and that items like that are in the bags (that was not stated anywhere about the sale bags) and basically told me I was SOL. Once I commented on their facebook post about it that advertised the bags she was then willing to let me exchange it but wanted me to know that they were significantly reduced items. I replied and let her know I understood that they were but they should not have been stained and I would come up to exchange. When I came in to exchange she told me to keep the stained shirt along with the one that wasnt, and proceeded to let me know that she wasn't trying to rip me off. Which I appreciated until after I responded with thank you because it really seemed that I was being ripped off from my first encounter. And she responded very sarcastically " that was real nice posting on Facebook." like I shouldn't have been able to comment to make others aware that it could happen to them as well. She has now since deleted the entire post on facebook and there is not a place to leave a review there so I will leave it on Google.
