Let me start by saying I've never had an experience with them like this before. They've always provided great service and fostered a welcoming environment before this incident. That being said, the manager refuses to help me, defamed my character, and was rude and dismissive. This is my medicine that he's not taking seriously so I'm forced to speak about it. I bought two 7g containers of dab on Friday evening(12/16). The container they opened to show me was very obviously full with 7g. However, when I got home and opened the two I purchased, I was taken aback that they were so empty. I immediately went to weigh them and they were 4.8g and 5.5g, 2.2g from one, and 1.5g from the other which totals to 3.7g that was missing. I then called the dispensary (about 30 minutes after leaving) and the budtender said he would talk to the manager. I wanted to take care of this asap, I even called back to ask when the manager was going to call because I was afraid they would accuse me of taking dab out. I finally spoke with the manager/owner Clayton the next day and he did not believe me. He said I was the first issue between his dispensaries with this product. He accused my scales that I've never had fault with, and refused to prove future weights and told me if I didn't like that I could shop elsewhere. He accused me of being a liar and thief because I'm not a frequent patient at his establishment. (I've been there before, but the prices aren't always withing my price range.) I felt like I was being treated like a criminal. He even went as far as to allegedly give me the phone number of the producer of the product knowing they can't fix this issue, dismissing me(when I googled the number it came up as a competitors number) I paid $60 for 14g with over an eighth short.    Read moreI've been frequenting Tropic Canna in Duncan off and on for nearly two years. The manager who took over in June is much more personable and professional. The shop itself feels welcoming to walk into. The staff is friendly, knowledgeable and competent. I've never once had any issues with customer service and have only seen requests denied when they were obviously unreasonable or contrary to OMMA policies. I prefer to do business with real people rather than big companies. Tropic Canna Duncan offers me the personal touch I prefer on top of always having killer product. I cannot recommend...
