LORD OF THE PIES!
FINALLY! I've been wanting to review Pizza n stuff for a while now, and I did just that today! I was not disappointed! This was my first time visiting, so I took a moment to look around. A cute little family friendly restaurant, with lots of fun looking arcade, and stuffed animal games for kids, and kids at heart to play. Multiple TV'S with a game, cartoons, and something else on... An incredibly inviting atmosphere, and a packed place. That's ALWAYS a good sign.
A HUGE thank you to everyone who recommended I try the pickle pizza. I am in love! To the Gastronomical genius who invented that.. OLIVE YOU! 😍 Steve really is Lord of the pies! There were so many different options to try at the buffet.. I ate plate, after plate, after plate... I'm so full 🤤 Obviously fresh ingredients, tons of options, friendly, talented staff... I give this place 5 out of 5 slices!
Still Lord of The Pies
Pizza-n-stuff is located at 102 US 81 in Duncan. They are open 11-10 Tuesday through Sunday. Pizza-n-stuff is still the same family friendly, welcoming little pizzarira that it was when I reviewed them the first time. They still have the same amazing service, amazing owners, and delicious food.
I started off with the salad bar, because it looked so incredible. And of course, it was. The lettuce, and veggies were crisp, and fresh. It was a great salad.
Then off to the pizza buffet, where my absolute favorite pizza was. The pickle pizza 😋 I know, I know... But trust me... Try it if you haven't. All the pizzas, looked delicious. There were quite a few to choose from, but I only had eyes for the pickle today. The ranch sauce makes the cheese a little creamier, and the tanginess of the pickle just fits. Salty, tangy, creamy, cheesy! So delicious!
Of course, there is also dessert. Obviously I had the cherry pizza. It's so incredibly decadent, with the perfect amount of tart to tickle your taste buds. By far my favorite dessert pizza ever. I can't wait to visit them again, which I'm sure will happen soon. I hope you visit them soon...
Read moreI really feel like the price is the best part about this place, but you get what you pay for now, I guess. The service has gone pretty downhill. Used to be that i could walk in with my family and be greeted so warmly. Our server, Jason, would take care of us and he'd check on us constantly despite being seen zipping around and taking care of the entire front of the house. When I first got there I went to claim my table and I stood awkwardly there for a good couple of minutes with my toddler in my arms while waiting for my mom so one of us could move through the crowd towards the back to grab a high chair. The building is usually pretty crammed around lunch time when we go and I feel like I am always squeezing through, but this last time I really felt like I was in the way of things since this new server expected me to move out of their way while almost bumping into someone behind me when they really could have just turned around and gone that way since it was clear. The entire time we were there we were never checked on, not once, which just isn't how it used to be. Jason found time for us when we were there. He'd never allow a pile of dirty plates to stay on our table. He went the extra mile each time we visited. He always found time to make sure guests were smiling.
TLDR: Going there without the service Jason provided really showed me how subpar the experience is. The food is meh and the building is cramped. The best part these days is that it's cheap. I really hope they can hire...
Read moreAm very sorry to be doing this and is also way out of character. Just went into pizza and stuff and asked for two buffets, was very promptly and curtly informed by the management that the buffet was closed and it closed at two o'clock while being glared down by several employees from behind the counter. Drove down the road to another restaurant that was happy to take our money. There's a better chance of a grape snowcone surviving on the equator in August before I'll go back. The buffet was full of food and salad bar also full, awesome way to treat a years long paying customer. By the way, it was six minutes after two. Felt mostly frustrated for my fiance who had been wanting to eat...
