Is there a negative amount of stars?

Being "known for customer service" doesnt mean that its GOOD customer service. Where to begin?

-The place is just plain dirty and has a weird kind of sewage smell, underneath the acetone. Between that and the 1950s dental school equipment they use, youre lucky to just not get an infection.

Not to pile on or anything, but i have to agree with the horrible customer service. Nicest thing i can say is GARBAGE management. While waiting, someone complained about bumps or something in the polish and she was frustrated. The guy actually was smirking! At best you're ignored and rushed along the process.

Not just the worst nail place ive ever been to, but maybe the worst business ive ever been to. I just mentioned the place on FB and people i didnt even know practically begged me not to go. They said that just days before a handful of people were picketing there, because someone got an infection. I dont know the whole story, but one mention of this place on social media and people came out in DROVES with warnings.

here’s my experience. The lady that did my nails didn’t give me time to pick the colors I wanted once I walked in she said “come here what color” and I told her I’m not sure I need some time to think. She rushed me and asked again like 5 seconds later WHAT DO YOU WANT? and so I just picked 2 colors (purple and silver) so she grabs the colors and opens them and hair is all over the desk and in the lamp to dry your nails. (I’m getting gel) she then grabbed the file and made my nails as short as she could and didn’t ask me what shape and what I want she just rushed and did it her own way. I told her after she ruined it could you make it round. She said “ok I’ll try” and it came out more square than round. She paints the nails and makes the nail shorter and shorter. (I have long nails, well had.) My fingers are cut up from her rushing and carelessly doing the work. Now mind this, there is only 1 other person getting a pedicure at the time. The first time I wanted gel nails. He cut my nails very short and uneven. I picked a purple color and he gave me a sparkle white. It was so lumpy and ugly. He said it's from the glitter. It was not!! It was like lumpy clouds. He said fine he will redo. I didn't want to sit...When I got to the car the light showed how awful they were. I then asked for a full set no gel. As he tells everyone I don't know what I want and that is why I now want full set. It was because he trimmed my nails off and uneven, the wrong color (told him 3x) 556 not 555. Purple, and it was poorly done.

Final results .. He tore me up and I took plenty of pictures. Just because I have not had my nails done in a while does not mean I am stupid. Nothing is clean and all hand tools and bits are used on multiple people without being cleaned. This is fact because I watched him. Not to mention I clean and sterilize instruments daily so any response they have is invalid.
