I’m visiting Baltimore and I get on this place based on google reviews. When I was there I get welcomed by a very friendly waiter and I ordered a Steak with Additional shrimp. She ordered me a Steak a la Mexicana but on the Menu and also the waiter not tell me about how spicy and if is this plate. When I get my plate they came with 4 shrimps and 1 little strip of steak and 1/2 ton of jalapeño cooked. Is not eatable that plate. No human bean can eat that. And when I asked another lady about my food she very aggressively told me to put attention on what I want because is not her problem if I can’t eat spicy. I get very surprised with her answer and she knew Immediately, she offered to just throw out the jalapeño and put some lettuce, but the whole food is extremely spicy that moment. I refused the option to switch jalapeño per lettuce and I left my food on side. Then when came my check I get the surprise. A $60 bill for a horrible food and a horrible customer service. She not asked me anytime if I’m allergic with spicy food and also she treated me rude all the time when I’m inside this restaurant. She just offered to change jalapeño per Lettuce. My friend ordered some different food but he’s order came wrong as well. If you want visit this place be ready for a horrible experience. And also they forced me to leave $10 tip...

The quesadilla was soggy like it wasn’t done and not crispy it was beyond cold and the papusa which is normally good tasted like garbage and looked like it came out of a box. Why can’t peoples quality stay the same just raise prices if you need to. Beyond...
