I got conflicting information. I got one email from you with a link. Telling me it was going to be delivered on Friday. And then the next morning, I got an email saying it hadn't even been shipped yet. This is Saturday, and I still haven't gotten it. So I assume the second email was correct. But I don't know why I got the first one telling me that it was shipped and was on its way to me. In fact, it even posted that it was in new york. I wanted this for birthday on Saturday. So I had to disappoint the birthday girl and tell her that she'll get it later. I ordered it in plenty of time for it to have been here by saturday. I just hope product is better than...

Great customer service..mistakenly duplicated an order over the weekend and chatted with an associate who took all the information and advised while couldn't cancel the duplicate that info would be passed along to the team after weekend... That was frustrating.. But I got an email stating the order was canceled and refunded so that was the desired outcome and appreciated. Love the products(our should say my wife does.. We've got a collection now.. And she levers the warning for her back and knew...

Ordered 2 Warmies stuffed animals, lavender scented.

They smelled very bad when microwaved. The product cannot be washed either so the smell cannot be changed or removed. The lavender is certainly there, but it smells very sweaty and gross.

When microwaved at the maximum written time from room temperature (as per following the instructions), its not warm at all, and the stench becomes unbearable.

They do not provide shipping labels or pay for the shipping cost on returns.
