My visit was extremely disappointing. The sales associate, Alley, showed gross incompetence from start to finish—failing to ask for my loyalty information (I had to prompt her), offering no product suggestions or upsell opportunities, and repeatedly shifting blame for her own mistakes. Her lack of discretion and reliance on half-truths make me question whether she can even honor basic HIPAA confidentiality. The situation became so unprofessional that the assistant manager had to remove Alley from the floor to stop her from continuing to engage with me. Even after the manager reminded her that loyalty information must be requested, she still insisted I needed to “show and tell” that I had rewards, rather than following the store’s own policy. For a newer business, this level of service is unacceptable. Management should focus on de-escalation training and ensure employees maintain respectful, competent customer interactions to protect both clients and the company’s reputation. She still receive the $5 for writing this review—and Cody will as well—but my hope is that Alley views this as constructive feedback to build confidence, improve her skills, and demonstrate the diligence and professionalism...

We can't say enough great things about Bridge City Collective—East Dubuque finally has a top-tier cannabis dispensary that delivers on every level! Their grand opening was awesome. From the moment we walked in, we were welcomed by a chill, West Coast-inspired vibe. They had an interesting vendor event too, we hope they do more of those. Overall, the space was modern yet inviting, with a laid-back atmosphere that makes shopping a truly enjoyable experience.

Their product selection is outstanding—whether you're looking for premium flower, potent concentrates, delicious edibles, or top-notch vapes, they have something for everyone. Plus, everything is fairly priced, making it easy to find great quality at a great value.

Homy and comfy cozy. Clean, high ceilings, breath easy, great security Jarod, Alan and the elder gentleman, great location, new, great lighting, comfortable atmosphere and great options for great flower great prices.
