Absolutely horrible!! I called over a month ago to inquire about getting my fireplace working. We just moved in and was told by the owner the fireplace had never been used. Told I would get a call back on Monday (I called on a Friday morning). Monday came and went, no call! I waited a week and called back. Now they have switched to a new computer system. They would call me back by the end of the day. No call again! Waited a week called back again! Same story, new computer system. The woman is always rushing me off of the phone. I've got questions that she makes me feel as tho I'm inconveniencing her with. I ask how much the charge is to get the meter turned on and the fireplace serviced. She tells me no charge! I find that odd but figure ok, that is a service they provide for customers. Still, she will call me back by the end of the day.. Still no call! Wait another week and call back. Now she's trying to get a service tech out to me next week. Again, will call me back by end of day. Again, no call! 3 days later I get a call from a tech to set up appt to service fireplace and unlock meter. Great, finally something. Service tech comes out, very polite, does what was expected. Has my husband sign a paper. No price, no info, just that work was done. No copy left, said couldn't leave a copy. Ok, fine, fireplace works. Two days later I get a bill for $90 in the mail. I call and inquire because: #1) the customer service rep still hasn't returned my call!!! #2) when I asked I was told no charge!
My problem is not with the bill. My problem is with the lack of respect and professionalism! The lack of returning phone calls as promised and the misinformation given!
I have read reviews from others in my neighborhood who have had similar issues with this company.
It is sad that the way our neighborhood is set up we are stuck with using them. I would not recommend them at all!

They never confirmed my appointment with me and ended up scheduling it on a day I was out of town. Every time they said they would get back to me they forgot and never did what they said they are going to do. I always felt rushed off the phone, my questions were only half answered, and I still haven’t even been told how much my bill is going to be. I had no heads up they were coming, and therefore was very surprised when I had somebody walking around my yard, gate left open, with my dogs out. An eye sore for sure, i was told tank the tank or no tank. Now they want me to stay with them they want to bring out a white tank. I ask them about the gas in the tank. It is full.
