Countryside Markets — Local services in Durand Township

They have the worst staff. They Never greet you. Checkout staff young and old don’t say hi, they talk amongst themselves and the only time they speak to you is to give you the total. Not one single checkout person has EVER said thank you to me in the 2 1/2 years I have been coming here. I try to get everything in the bigger cities when I’m there just so I don’t have to shop local. It makes me sad because I would rather shop local but not if they don’t care enough to even speak to me...

Great staff, and check out personnel. However, it's not uncommon that they run out of sale items. Also, their checkout computer is not always updated as to the current sale price, or as it is marked.They do have a very good deli! They also offer hot food specials daily. Good place to...

Decent selection, I have never had much luck with the produce being fresh but could be my timing. Prices are high but if you need something in a hurry, it's probably available here. I have never purchased from the deli but hear it is good....
