I wish I would’ve did a walk through and read the reviews on this place thoroughly before I decided to move here. Due to timing and location, this was a solid option (at the time) but man do I regret it. While some staff is decent, (and I say that sparingly because some seem to care) these people are either overworked and underpaid or they just don’t care and that is a disaster for lackluster work. The unit upon move in was nowhere close to the pictures shown online. It’s literally the complete opposite. They should really take the word “luxury” off of their website. Im in one of their townhomes. It says “each featuring high-end finishes.”Definitely not the case. So far from it. Outdated appliances. Fridge, stove and dishwasher. I had to request a washer and dryer. I moved in February 28th 2025 and since then I’ve submitted over 10 work orders. Maintenance doesn’t really know what they are doing. My AC unit was trashed and it took them 6 attempts to get it correct (and still working on it as I post this). It caused the ceiling to leak in my bathroom and living room. It took weeks to fix that. They were pointing fingers and passing the blame off between management being cheap and lazy and maintenance being lazy and incompetent. When I requested a unit transfer for the inconvenience, I was given the run around by management and they just went on with “repairs” hoping it would just satisfy the situation. I was in my unit for weeks on end with no AC and some portable units that leaked and couldn’t cool the whole house. They need to really look into these units before they consider them “move in ready”. I was a housing manager in a shelter in NY and I inspected units that looked better than this. Whoever the supervisor was that signed off on this unit being complete should be ashamed of themselves. I’m quite sure if they were the ones moving in, they would’ve made sure it didn’t look like what I seen upon walking in here. As I’m posting this, they are currently in my unit doing repairs. I work 12-15 hour shifts, sometimes 6 days a week. The last thing I want is people in my unit doing repairs on things that should’ve been checked and serviced prior to me moving in. Moral of this post is, take your hard earned money elsewhere.

I rate this apartment complex zero stars .July I would be a year that I have been here and I would not recommend anyone to move into this apartment complex. At leased apartment online without looking at it, if knew that it look like trash. I would have never moved here but, I already had paid my deposit and signed my lease before I even looked at this place. I picked this place based off the pictures on the website, which was catfish. I didn’t have time to look for another apartment. My job started that Monday and I was supposed to move in Saturday. The apartments are is outdated is not luxury. Luxury comes with Stainless steel appliances. My apartment was filthy. It was not clean properly prior to me moving in. The ceiling fan is so dusty gave me an asthma attack, and I am highly allergic to dust mites and cockroaches, which was another main concern. My apartment was infested with cockroaches , pest control came out three times and then my closet broke four times. This has been a major hindrance associated with my disability. My apartment flooded Because the apartment above me flooded, the water came down through the ceiling and soaked my floor. Maintenance didn’t have the decency or the common sense to come and check on my apartment below to make sure it was not flooded. It was so much water in my apartment at work, the baseboards in my apartment, and I have to deal with the stench of settled water and silverfish crawling from everywhere. Also, the kitchen faucet keep growing bacteria and showerhead and the toilet. These conditions are just unbearable, . Of all things dryer is not working and I can’t even dry my uniforms to go to work and this is an inconvenience for me to go to the laundromat. The manager offered an apartment for me to go dry my clothes that’s inconvenient for me too. I guess I’m supposed to haul wet clothes to another apartment which I’m a partial disability. I can’t hardly use my left arm. The apartment is not worth the money that they are charging. Please beware.

Pathetic work effort and no respect for residents. Original post 22OCT2023: Disgusting air flow in apartments. Have had to place multiple tickets for mold and all they do is paint over it, causing it to come right back. Update as of 10NOV2023: This growth is still on my ceiling and spreading. Management had a hole cut in my wall to further test for growth and never repaired it. Lauren the property manager said she personally assisted the maintenance team in cutting the wall so apparently she also supported them in hiding the removed debris in my bathroom on top of a cabinet. Terrible community and management. Garbage everywhere, the storm drains flood the parking lot. I have had maintenance come out 5 times to treat the mildew and mold that grows on our bathroom ceilings. Every time, and I mean every, they have damaged some of my property by covering it in paint or toxic mildew/mold spray. Thankfully this time Lauren is at least replacing the damaged property. You have to reach out to the organization that owns the complex to get Lauren the property manager or Michael Connor, the maintenance manager, to accomplish anything of note. My neighbor had a bullet go through his wall so don’t think its safe either. Our cars have been repeatedly broken into and stolen. Management refuses to put up a gate to protect us and our property. Its genuinely pathetic.

I Had a pretty bad experience here and I am going to share it with you because im moving into another place in less than a week and I am grown and idgad, plus my household income of 2 is pretty amazing so you can be the judge. and so you know what to expect. ok. the outsides are nicely kept and the buildings look nice and new. I got the keys two weeks before I actually moved in. when I finally got there, there were many problems. the refrigerator did not work. it resulted in one call and fix. they mustve swapped it with one from another unit. even worse the hot water heater tank was bad. it took about 10 calls, 6 attempts, and 2 weeks before one of their more experienced complex techs finally came out and told them to just install different one. meanwhile, I took cold showers whenever pressing that boiling indicator switch- their suggested temporary fix- on the tank didn't work. the dishwasher didn't work and still doesn't work. although those things were bad, The worst problem I had with them is the CARPET. Im sure they are going to strip up this pos because that is exactly what it is. the tenants before me mustve had animals, or maybe they took it upon themselves to s#!+ on the floors. The carpet smells horrible and im sure it clings. every single time I walked back into that home, I was always pestered by the smell, and it tormented me daily. of course I asked them to CHANGE the carpet. an hour later, there was a CARPET CLEANING SERVICE postcard at the door. I never received the amenities package- you know... pool pass, gym pass, clubroom pass.........that is that so I want to explain my situation. i admit- if fd up but i am beginning to realize that some money isn't the answer all the time, especially when people are greedy as they are. they want it all. ok my spouse temporarily lost her income, while that is no excuse to not pay my rent, my salary could've covered every single bill but I have money management issues and things happened. so I fell 1 month and a half behind. the half was a from an agreement I made to pay half in two weeks. that and court fees even if I settles before court were 1900. i received the court docs from the good ole boys and the docs indicated that i had to pay the courts 1065 which is one mths rent for me. i shows up at the rent office with four money orders totaling 1900 only for them to say they cant take it without next months as well so i would actually need 3000. i ended up missing court which was an hour later due to transportation issues- having 1 car in the fam has pros and cons- and the public bus is unreliable.so i cant s#!+ US currency, but if they wanted that theyd have to wait until i got paid. so i got paid and i offered them the 3 grand. they said ok.....and in the same damn breath turn around and said NO. i was shattered by that. they wanted next month and it was 2 weeks before now. so they want 4000. i knew i wouldn't have 4 grand until the end of this week but .............im not surprised that i have writ and i am getting evicted.. i have another place in Morrisville and i work toohard make too much to be stressing about you nottaking my rent money. and i don't need that stress. you say its policy but it was more so personal. you don't gaf about you tenants. i think you could've accepted the 3000 on the 23rd when your policy states i must be charged next month after the 20th. 3 days GIVE ME A BREAK. but now im moving to Morrisville in less than a week so i am so happy to get my life back and pay day is Friday plus whats already in my account. and not to mention my spouse account....

I lived here since 2022. I went on a few tours before I decided to live here. I loved this place since first visit. I lived in one of the 2 bedroom apartments. It wasn't perfect, but during move in, I noted every little detail on the forms. They ended up fixing most things I noted before I fully moved in. I've walked around the community on various days throughout the years and it has always been quiet and clean. The office always had someone readily available to answer questions I had, and were available promptly through email/website portal as well. If there were any fees I didn't understand, they were able to answer my questions (small side note: keep an eye on those fees!). Repairs were prompt, landscaping was done routinely, and they really put in the effort to make it a great community. For the price I was paying, and the quality of living space I was provided, I thought it was relatively fair. Unfortunately, the valet trash service was pretty poor. The service is a mandatory fee. Despite having a schedule, there were multiple instances where the trash was not picked up for days in a row. Additionally, as much as the office tried to prevent people dumping furniture at the compactor, that area was usually a mess. But, it eventually did get cleaned routinely. The parking spots did get flooded after any storm, so even if you park right in front of your apartment, you still risk stepping in giant puddles or slipping on ice. Aside from that, the office does make an effort to get food trucks to come to the complex and they hold mini events to foster a sense of community. I appreciated the tips and warning emails they regularly sent out. Before I moved out, they did mention a switch of valet trash service, so I hope it gets better for the current and future residents. My only complaint is the neighbors. I complained that they were blocking parking spots (double parked and had picture evidence) but nothing happened. They continued to do that and prevent me and the neighbors from parking. The same neighbors were also banging on the walls and slamming their cabinet doors hard outside of the designated quiet hours. Lastly, they occasionally walked in my backyard and loitered sometimes. A different set of neighbors had a dog breed that was not allowed, and they let it off leash. This escalated to a community wide issue of people not picking up after their pets. Overall, the neighbors were very friendly. I for sure miss the guy across my apartment as he always waved with a smile. But as in any community, there are 1 or a handful of people that ruin it for everyone. If it wasn't for the terrible neighbors, I would have loved to continue to live there. I will absolutely...

RAN BY SCAM ARTISTS! BEWARE!! My experience at New Haven was completely horrible to be honest. I am not saying that for shock value, it is fact. I will start by saying that the appearance of the community was nice with the exception of the dumpster areas. Those areas were nasty. Also, the complex was pretty quiet. I had neighbors that had knock-down drag out fights which could be heard through the walls, but in general the neighborhood itself is quiet. I had no access to ANY of the amenities the entire time that I was there. When I got there in September they said that amenities would be complete by January. Lies! smh. The MAJOR problem is management. They had NO CLUE what they were doing. I was there for a year and the office staff changed twice. They kept a shady record of my rent payments. Their rent ledger/system showed that I owed more than what was detailed out in the lease. I arrived at Haven in September 2016, by January they completely messed up their records of my rent payments. The staff kept saying that they would fix it or they would say they could not fix it because only a manager could adjust the rent ledger to accurately reflect what I should pay in rent. I had been dealing with this problem pretty much the whole time I was there. I eventually reached out to the BBB, but its really only so much they can do besides force management to address the issue. They responded to the BBB report, but CONTINUED to have problems getting my rent straightened out despite me having ALL THE PROOF from my receipts, lease, and move-in paperwork that they were WRONG! The situation was not corrected until July 2017 which is absolutely ridiculous! And they still kept my deposit for NO REASON! Literally, there was nothing listed in the letter they sent as to why they did not return my SD. I just wanted to write this review to let potential renters know to choose wisely when deciding to rent with this place. They are horrible! I understand that the rent is on the lower side and it can be hard to find a place that is not too expensive, but beware, You get what you pay for. The rent was not worth the headache that I endured with these people. I am now a homeowner and very happy about that. Luckily for me, I kept every last receipt of the payments I made. I suggest you do the same if...
